Weston Homes Plc are looking to recruit a Regional Administrator, Based at our head office in Takeley, Essex (near Stansted Airport) you will be responsible for providing a seamless administration and secretarial duties to the Commercial and Construction teams within the Northern region.

This role will include but is not limited to the following:

Main Responsibilites:

  • Provide full administration support to the Northern region.

  • Typing correspondence including letters and minutes as and required by the team.

  • Attend regional board or project review meetings, type full minutes and ensure these are circulated inline with business requirements and timeline.

  • Maintaining regional site filing.

  • Compilation of various different types of manuals for site including Health and Safety, QA and HA.

  • Coordinate, log and process all material requisitions for site and requisitions for plant yard.

  • Ensuring all administration duties are carried out as and when required.

  • Any other duties as and when required.

Commercial Team

  • Administer the Northern Region Commercial Team outgoing post

  • Administration of all Northern Region Commercial paperwork as and when required including tender letters, enquiry letters, PQQs, insurances, COINS orders

  • Collate Subcontractor Procurement (SPS), Material Procurement Schedule (MPS) and Contra Charge documentation for monthly board pack

  • All filing

  • Prepare pack and collate monthly cost reports for Northern Region Commercial Team

  • Provide cover for regional administration during holiday periods

  • Any additional ad hoc duties passed on by the Regional Administration Team

Construction Team

  • Dealing with all Construction correspondence and paperwork including timesheets, who’s where, QA inspections, plant returns and overtime requests.

  • Knowledge of the administration processes and procedures to provide ad hoc support to the Construction Team, as and when required.


  • Competent use of key software: Gmail, Google Drive and Google Apps.
  • Use of COINS (Desirable not essential).
