Weston Homes Plc is a medium sized housebuilder delivering high quality homes, from high rise apartments to traditional build houses as well as undertaking complex restorations across the Home Counties and the South East.

We are looking to recruit a Regional Administrator based at our Head Office in Takeley to support the Commercial, Construction and Technical teams within our London & East Anglia Division. Reporting directly into the Divisional Managing Director and working alongside two Senior Administrators you will be responsible for providing full administration support to the team. 

Typical Duties:

You will be responsible for but not limited to the following: 

  • Provide full administration support to the London & East Anglia Division including to the Commercial, Construction and Technical teams

  • Type correspondence including letters and minutes as and when required by the team

  • Attend Divisional Board or Project Review Meetings, type full minutes and ensure these are circulated in line with the business requirements and timeline

  • Set up Report template, compile, print, bind and distribute the Report on a monthly basis

  • Maintain Division site filing and addendum filing

  • Compile various different types of manuals for site including Health and Safety Files and Housing Association

  • Ensure all administration duties are carried out as and when required

  • To carry out any other duties when required by Senior Management 

Skills & Experience:

As a successful candidate you will have previous administration experience and be flexible and adaptable in your approach. You will have a natural ability for attention to detail and organisation. You will be able to remain calm and focussed when working underpressure and will be able to prioritise and manage expectations effectively as well as the following: 

  • Competent use of key software: Gmail, Google Drive and Google Apps

  • Proactive (using initiative to identify and seek tasks)

  • Teamwork (effective delivery of tasks for a wide range of people)

  • Effective communication - written and verbal

  • Confident telephone manner
